PremierFix

Overview

PremierFix is a maintenance tracking system built for hotel chains. It enables hotel staff across multiple branches to log and track maintenance issues, conduct scheduled room audits with checklists, and view analytics and resolution metrics across all locations.

The system is designed for hotel managers, maintenance staff, and housekeeping teams who need a streamlined way to report and resolve maintenance problems with photo evidence and priority levels.

Features include a comprehensive issue logging form with photo uploads, a tracking dashboard with filtering by status, priority, category and date, Chart.js-powered analytics with trend lines and category breakdowns, and a room audit system with inspection checklists. The multi-branch architecture ensures each hotel location sees only its own data while managers can view metrics across all branches.

Hotel chains managed maintenance using paper logs and WhatsApp groups. Issues got lost, response times were unpredictable, and management had zero visibility into maintenance patterns across branches. Scheduled room audits were inconsistent and lacked photographic evidence.

I built a centralised maintenance platform where staff log issues with photos and priority levels, managers track resolution across branches, and analytics reveal patterns. The room audit system provides standardised checklists with timestamped photo evidence, ensuring consistency across all locations.

Challenges Overcome
