GaragePRO is a full-featured automotive service management platform designed for small-to-medium repair shops. It streamlines the entire job lifecycle - from customer intake through completion - including parts tracking, quoting, invoicing, and real-time team communication across multiple languages.
The platform supports four distinct user roles (admin, manager, office staff, mechanic), each with tailored dashboards and permissions enforced through Firebase custom claims and Firestore security rules. Mechanics get isolated work orders per job, while managers access analytics, team management, and business operations.
Built with a modern React frontend and Firebase backend, it features real-time data sync, push notifications via Cloud Functions, a drag-and-drop customizable dashboard, and PWA support for mobile installation with offline capability.
